Workshop context / background Hi, we are planning to conduct this session for the youth of the Maharashtra and Goa region. The thought behind this is the youth age, ideally from 18 to 25. There are a lot of things they undergo in education and even in professional life. Heartful communication can really help them understand themselves and express themselves and talk to themselves so all of them would already know the basics of heartfulness. Everyone would have taken three settings. May not be a regular practitioner but most of them would be university students, just graduated young adults. This would be the ideal age group and so we want a four-day intense workshop during the long weekend in October.

We have had a long association with them over the years and we have conducted multiple Heartfulness intro sessions in their Bangalore and Tumkur branches covering all their employees and are continuing to do so. We have also done several corporate connect programs such as the Leading with the Intelligent Heart programs. There is a lot of support from their leadership for conducting Heartfulness and their HR is very keen in conducting these programs and is a regular Heartfulness practitioner herself. Given this, the DCIL team wants to conduct a Heartful Communication program for about 20-30 of their mid-level leaders in the organization. They prefer to have an in-person workshop than a virtual one. I will connect with the Bangalore HC (full and Essentials facilitators) to plan this (given the sessions will be on working hours and the location is a bit far for most people). The current plan for these sessions are 2 hour sessions once a week for 4 weeks - the last week of December and the first 3 weeks of January.
